Processing Services

ESI OnDemand’s automated processing services capture and index document level metadata data, de-depulicate data, filter data based on date ranges, custodians (inclusive or exclusive), file types, and/or key words as defined by counsel, and provide all de-dupulicated and filtered responsive documents in a client requested load file format for attorney review. In addition, ESI OnDemand will provide a data topology map of all potentially relevant electronically stored information in preparation for a Rule 16 Scheduling Conference or a Rule 26(f) Meet and Confer.
